Summary

The Senior Client Advisor provides a sophisticated client experience while supporting boutique leadership, coaching the sales team, maintaining brand and visual standards, and driving store KPIs. This role acts as a role model, steps in as manager on duty when required, and contributes to inventory and operational procedures. The Senior Client Advisor builds and maintains a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share product knowledge
• Drive individual and store KPIs including conversion and repurchase rate
• Manage appointments, client acquisition, and CRM data enrichment
• Perform opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
• Act as manager on duty to oversee floor operations and team coordination
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and results driven
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and use clientele tools
• Strong attention to brand standards and operational excellence
