Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and upholding luxury brand standards at the boutique. Role focuses on driving sales KPIs, mentoring team members, maintaining CRM data, supporting visual merchandising and inventory, and acting as manager on duty when required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable service and tailor the client experience to exceed expectations
- Drive individual and store KPIs including consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, UPT and conversion
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to retain client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in women and men ready to wear
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor service
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proven ability to mentor or coach colleagues
- Competence with CRM and clienteling tools
- Professional presentation and knowledge of fashion trends
