Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations. In the absence of Store Management they oversee store activities and staff, ensuring operational and client experience excellence. This is a part time retail role focused on serving a high end clientele and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and uphold store standards
- Maintain selling floor merchandise visuals and overall store presentation
- Open and close the store and perform required opening and closing procedures
- Support operational tasks and participate in special events and projects
- Maintain and grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through outreach
- Provide local market knowledge of clientele base and competitors
- Oversee store and staff when the most senior presence on site
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales
- Established clientele following preferred
- Availability for open scheduling including seven day operations
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, and brand representative demeanor
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
- Ability to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally
