Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store goals and company initiatives. This role focuses on customer engagement, driving sales, and representing brand standards in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools to enhance customer experience
• Represent brand expectations and deliver a consistent in-store experience
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation is met at all times
• Support use of new technology and tools to broaden product discovery

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
