Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as an ambassador for the brand by supporting store initiatives, participating in training, engaging clients and community outreach, and contributing to store sales and execution standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and uphold store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through outreach, networking, and creative engagement strategies
- Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery channels
- Maintain productivity standards through effective store execution
- Operate register and assist on sales floor including stock and dressing room duties
- Embrace new technology and company vision to enhance customer experience
- Assist in sourcing talent and strengthening customer connectivity
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team
- Planning, prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to support company policies and participate in store initiatives
