Full-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as the primary in-store representative of the brand, supports company initiatives, participates in team training, and helps drive sales performance and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Uphold company policies and ensure sales floor readiness and productivity
Requirements
- Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around the sales floor
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as required
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Proven track record building positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
