Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and uses company tools to drive sales while building customer relationships and representing brand values.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer focus
• Support company initiatives and execute store vision and brand expectations
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to support sales
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support customer accessibility to product discovery through digital resources
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
