Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, support store initiatives, and help drive sales while embodying brand values. This seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and developing clientele with opportunities for future leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and proactively grow business through customer focus
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize technology and alternative purchasing channels to support business results
• Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Able to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
