Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience, supporting store vision and company initiatives, and driving sales through client engagement and store standards. This role is entry-level with potential for advancement into leadership. The ambassador will utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden customer accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technology to strengthen customer connectivity
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
• Promote product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
