Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Provide personalized service to create exceptional in-store experiences
- Support and participate in team training to achieve business results
- Utilize company sales channels and technologies to support alternative purchasing
- Maintain store standards and visual presentation on the sales floor
- Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
- Support company initiatives and represent brand values in store
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capability to stand, walk, and operate register for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Ability to use digital tools and alternative purchasing processes
- Commitment to building and maintaining positive working relationships
