Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery via QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Maintain sales floor productivity and store presentation standards
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
- Support collaborative environment focused on the customer
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register stand and be on feet for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor stock dressing room and cashwrap
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
