Senior Client Advisor - Legacy West

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor serves as a Gucci brand ambassador, delivering best-in-class service to deepen client relationships and achieve sales objectives. The role supports store leadership by assisting with certain management and operational functions while providing elevated, personalized client experiences both in-store and remotely. This position requires strong product knowledge, styling ability, and a focus on driving repeat business and client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to build strong relationships, recruit new clients, and develop existing clients to top-tier segmentation.
• Drive individual and team sales through effective selling techniques, cross-selling, upselling, and promotion of virtual appointments and distance sales.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice, attend trainings, and stay current on trends and competitor activity.
• Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions, visual standards, loss prevention, and general administration.
• Assist with certain management tasks such as returns/exchanges approvals, opening/closing procedures, and facilitating onboarding or training when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Passion for relationship building, strong commercial awareness, and excellent client attitude.
• High degree of professionalism, ethics, communication skills, and ability to collaborate and act as a role model.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
