Senior Client Advisor - River Oaks

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Houston River Oaks Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and acting as a brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana. You will leverage your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and drive sales.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, ensuring alignment with Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in sales ceremonies.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing business development.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain customer relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 4+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
