Senior Client Advisor - Ross Park

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Ross Park, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training, and supervising Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will embody the Gucci brand as an ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers within the marketplace.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
• Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business goals.
• Facilitate training and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
• Provide exceptional client service and act as a role model in exceeding shopping needs.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales and customer service.
• Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and managing daily operations.
• Uphold visual display standards and support store operations in the absence of management.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry and flexibility to work a retail schedule.
