Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, contribute to store sales and key performance indicators, and ensure a sophisticated and memorable client experience while supporting team development and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for team members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client and after sale service to visitors and clients
- Develop and cultivate a robust client portfolio to grow business
- Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with a business minded approach
- Create personalized styling and timeless looks for clients
- Use available tools to optimize business opportunities
- Support front and back of house teams and uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Professional experience in fashion and accessory retail customer service or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Passion for fashion with personal taste and styling ability
- Business minded and entrepreneurial spirit
- Team centric attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using tools and applications and quick to learn new technologies
- Proactive enthusiastic problem solving attitude
- Excellent written oral and listening skills in English and local language
