Summary
The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, contribute to store sales and key indicators, and provide a sophisticated, memorable experience to clients while supporting team development and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for existing team members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients

Requirements
- Professional experience in fashion and accessory retail customer service or luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team
- Passion for fashion with personal taste and ability to create personalized looks
- Business minded and entrepreneurial spirit with team centric attitude
- Comfortable with digital tools and able to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proactive enthusiastic problem solving attitude
- Excellent written oral and listening skills in English and local language
