Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage sales performance via all digital channels.
- Define communication strategy for each part of the funnel and key customer segments.
- Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising, and influencer marketing teams.
- Set and achieve objectives for ecommerce KPIs with a focus on channel growth and brand awareness.
- Direct performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition through various paid media channels.
- Oversee analysis and planning of key KPIs to drive optimizations and ensure campaign success.
- Support the VP of Marketing in building brand value and presence.
- Collaborate with in-person and wholesale channels to deliver store traffic and awareness.
- Review channel performance and highlight insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Be the subject matter expert for ecommerce, direct to consumer, and website strategies.
Requirements- 8+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience.
- 3+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize teams and projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms including Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and attribution models.
- Comfortable working in Google Suite and Slack.
- Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales.
- Understanding of current trends in the fashion advertising world.
