Senior Income Tax Analyst

As a Senior Income Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing federal and state tax compliance for a US-based multinational company. You will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns, supporting audits, and conducting tax research to ensure compliance and optimize tax positions.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including complex corporate returns and partnership filings.
• Analyze financial data and reconcile information from databases to financial statements.
• Provide analytical support for income tax provisions and effective tax rate computations.
• Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Conduct research on federal and state tax issues and new tax laws.
• Manage state audits independently and assist with IRS examinations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
• Assist in tax M&A planning and integration analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in corporate tax, including consolidated and multi-state returns.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and proactively seek solutions.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Preferred software skills: MS Suite, SAP, Oracle, OBIEE, Adobe, Hyperion, CorpTax, and Onesource Tax provision.
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred.
