Summary
The Senior Manager of Business Management for Apparel is a strategic leader based at the downtown Seattle headquarters who drives cross-functional initiatives, business measurement, internal communications and leadership effectiveness to support the EVP and Apparel leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-cutting strategic initiatives and provide thought leadership.
- Identify business issues and recommend solutions to improve group performance.
- Source and analyze data, build models, and drive recommendations to action.
- Develop and track KPIs and measurement standards aligned to business outcomes.
- Drive internal communications strategy and change management efforts.
- Plan and coordinate events and communications with HR and Internal Communications partners.
- Assess and improve meeting effectiveness, agendas and follow up accountability.
- Serve as trusted counsel to the EVP and a valued member of the Apparel leadership team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience such as strategy consulting, program management or merchandising.
- Strong business acumen and experience formulating strategy and guiding implementation.
- Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder programs to results while managing risk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for large multi-discipline organizations.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in creating presentations.
- Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
