Senior Manager Data Quality And Growth

Summary

Senior Manager responsible for defining and implementing a data quality framework and driving database growth for the US organization. This corporate role partners with Tech and business divisions to monitor, validate and steward client data and to project manage end-to-end quality issue resolution. The position is based in Midtown Manhattan and requires onsite presence three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality framework including KPIs and naming conventions
• Own data quality projects across multiple business divisions
• Develop and execute database growth and data capture strategies
• Monitor database health and proactively detect and report quality gaps
• Perform comprehensive data validation on incremental data sets
• Operate data stewardship activities for sensitive client profiles
• Partner with Tech to manage and resolve data quality issues and provide workarounds
• Project manage quality issue lifecycle from identification to resolution
• Communicate status and updates to analyst teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in data quality stewardship data management or CRM systems
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Expertise in Big Query Looker and Power BI
• Strong project management communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Data certifications such as CDMP CDS or DGSP highly desired
• Experience in luxury retail or passion for the industry
