Summary
Senior Manager responsible for driving strategic digital and client experience initiatives across divisions, leading projects, proof of concepts, and change efforts to support business transformation. The role partners with cross functional stakeholders to source partners, measure ROI, and develop frameworks for agile solutioning while delivering executive communications and portfolio reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end strategic projects programs and proof of concept initiatives to deliver business outcomes
- Develop frameworks templates and approaches for agile solutioning and project planning
- Conduct market research and engage start up ecosystem and vendors to source partnerships
- Measure project ROI and support business case creation and investment decisions
- Create executive presentations storytelling materials and reporting for senior leaders
- Facilitate cross functional workshops for ideation alignment and execution
- Partner with transformation and product teams on portfolio tracking and communications
- Lead vendor sourcing and partner evaluation to accelerate objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years work experience with at least 5 years in strategy product project management or corporate innovation
- Proven experience leading innovation or proof of concept projects and advocating business cases
- Deep hands on business expertise in technology digital or ecommerce and CX trends
- Strong storytelling presentation facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience influencing without authority in a matrixed cross functional organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience executing POCs from inception to launch
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
