Senior Manager, FP&A - VCA

Summary

The Senior Manager, FP&A for Van Cleef & Arpels Americas leads financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. The role focuses on capital expenditures, sales performance, and cash flow while supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, latest estimates, and long-term financial plans, and maintain planning system data.
• Monitor capital expenditures, cash forecasts, sales trends, and financial performance against budgets and approved investments.
• Prepare financial packages, variance analyses, and actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
• Partner with Accounting on monthly and year-end close, reporting compliance, and audit documentation.
• Maintain investment management system integrity and coordinate boutique project codes and reporting requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7 or more years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in retail or luxury consumer products.
• Strong financial, accounting, operational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP and BI tools; SAP and Anaplan are preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
