Senior Manager, Fashion Retail Tech Strategy

Summary

The Senior Manager will lead strategic technology programs supporting CHANEL's US Fashion boutique network. This hybrid role oversees initiatives that improve retail operations and equip boutique teams with modern digital tools, including point-of-sale and workforce scheduling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, delivery, governance, and risk management across multiple technology workstreams.
• Partner with business, retail, technology, and vendor teams to define requirements, scope, priorities, and solution designs.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, executive communications, change management, testing, and adoption efforts.
• Coach cross-functional team members and drive continuous improvement across the program portfolio.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project and program management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience in retail or retail operations; luxury retail and boutique experience are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, change management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills, including experience mentoring project teams.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.
• Project management certification such as PMP preferred; ability to work in the NYC office at least three days per week and travel occasionally.
