Summary
Lead the design and implementation of global procurement strategies within a new ERP platform, partnering with stakeholders to drive end to end process transformation and support SAP Go Live activities. Act as a strategic partner across brands and regions to validate solution design, enable change management, and provide post go live support. Manage data stewardship, testing, training and cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and co facilitate process design workshops and socialize design with stakeholders
- Validate solution design and provide inputs for configuration and RICEFW specifications
- Collaborate with analytics and security teams on reporting and role design
- Own legacy application change communication and manage cutover procedures for go live
- Develop and execute test cases, perform functional acceptance and system integration testing
- Lead data conversion validation and cleansing as data steward for areas of ownership
- Support change management, training curriculum approval and train the trainer delivery
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for super users and provide front line post go live support
- Partner with deployment to implement and monitor business cutover and ramp up procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sourcing and production within fashion or retail industry
- Expertise in process design with openness to adopting best practices
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive consensus, resolve conflicts and influence change
- Experience defining test cases and executing system integration testing
- Knowledge of data stewardship, conversion validation and cleansing
- Ability to create training materials and execute train the trainer
