Summary
Senior Manager, Human Resources for the Southeast region based in Miami providing HR business partner support across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with retail leaders, HR teams, and senior leadership to drive talent management, employee relations, and HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Act as HR business partner and subject matter expert on talent development and performance management.
- Identify learning and development needs and drive talent management and succession planning.
- Support annual review processes and organization management reviews.
- Lead employee engagement programs and career conversations with retail talent.
- Lead employee relations investigations and manage documentation and reporting.
- Partner with Legal and Asset Protection in investigations and resolution of workplace matters.
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with HR Controlling on staff cost budget planning and align HR practices with business goals.
- Review processes and propose improvements in partnership with senior HR leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws.
- Demonstrated experience across HR functions, especially talent management and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Occasional travel may be required.
