Senior Manager, Licensing, Business Development & Operations

Summary

The Senior Manager, Licensing, Business Development & Operations leads strategic projects and cross-category initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the Licensing organization. The role partners with licensing leadership to improve operating models, collaboration, and alignment with broader brand and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-category operating model initiatives and implement consistent ways of working across licensing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and cross-functional integration.
• Monitor trends across luxury, fashion, beauty, wellness, technology, and adjacent industries to inform planning and strategy.
• Partner with licensing leads on strategic planning, merchandising narratives, and recommendations.
• Develop business reviews, leadership updates, annual planning materials, governance processes, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in licensing, business development, or a related field, including several years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
