- Create tourist development programs to engage key local and international tourist groups.
- Build expert knowledge of top client base and cultivate relationships with top clients.
- Manage and coordinate exceptional local and international experiences for clients.
- Develop partnerships with travel, hotel, and concierges to drive acquisition of VIP clients.
- Create and manage regional client engagement events calendar and budget.
- Support store teams in developing new event initiatives.
- Oversee corporate identity preparation prior to in-store events.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in Retail, Marketing, Special Events, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and partnership management skills in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strategic, analytical, and relationship building competencies required.
- Ability to outline a strategic plan and make recommendations.
- Confidence presenting to senior management.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to travel as needed both domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
