Senior Manager Retail Dtc Process

Summary

Senior Manager responsible for acting as the functional product owner for SAP Retail DTC representing Retail Stores, partnering with Finance, Logistics, Wholesale, IT and global teams to define requirements, drive common global processes and support deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and design decisions for SAP Retail DTC functionality.
• Coordinate with regions to close gaps and create a common global way of working for Retail DTC stores.
• Support User Acceptance Testing planning, deployment activities, communications and training.
• Collaborate across North America, EMEA and APAC to drive process alignment and testing coordination.
• Act as key contact for SAP functionality support across Retail DTC, Wholesale OTC and Finance partners.
• Define requirements for integrations with Edge systems such as Salesforce, in store POS, concessions and marketplace integrations.
• Assess platform integrations impact on order flows, pricing, promotions, returns, inventory and omni order functionality.
• Identify reporting needs and support development of operational reports and analytics.
• Work with change management to develop training materials and support onboarding of new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of DTC retail operational processes across channels in an international fashion apparel business.
• Experience in an omnichannel environment and coordinating with multiple partners on inventory and order management.
• Experience within a vertically integrated retail environment; fashion apparel experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Ability to engage with and influence senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making.
• Ability to work pragmatically under pressure, multitask and make timely decisions.
