Summary
Senior Manager responsible for full cycle recruitment for retail positions across the East Coast, partnering with regional leaders, HRBPs and boutique leadership to develop sourcing strategies and build internal and external talent pipelines. Role includes upskilling leaders on recruitment best practices, providing guidance on talent systems, and supporting hiring for initiatives such as store openings and seasonal hiring. Position requires travel for recruitment and a flexible schedule with a minimum of two days per week in boutique or field in the Metro New York City Area.
