Summary
Senior HR business partner responsible for executing people programs for Ralph Lauren stores in the East region, leading employee relations and investigations, and partnering with field leadership on talent, performance, onboarding, and change initiatives. Role requires strong relationship management, coaching, and project leadership to support store leadership and strategic HR priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers on selection and hiring for General Manager and Assistant Manager roles.
- Support onboarding and new store opening projects to ensure consistent employee experience.
- Drive talent and performance management including annual performance cycle and talent reviews.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze store trends and implement retention and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development on leadership and talent development programs.
- Lead People functional and business projects and coach employees through change.
- Ensure compliance with employment practices and partner with People Associate for day to day operations.
Requirements
- Human Resources generalist experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality with progressive HR background.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated employee relations experience including investigations and employment law knowledge.
- Strong project management, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and NYC area.
