Summary
The Senior Manager HR Technology will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for HR systems in the Americas, partnering with HR, IT, and global HRIS to ensure scalable solutions and an improved employee and manager experience. This role manages a local team, oversees regional HR system initiatives, and drives transformation of the HRIS landscape.
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute initiatives to transform the HRIS landscape.
- Manage portfolio of HR system applications and projects, synchronizing interdependencies.
- Define and coordinate resource capacity and facilitate transitions from projects to operations.
- Own operational HR ticket resolution and develop HRIS training curricula.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Raise and handle project risks and issues and establish success metrics.
- Review support team structure for demand management and capacity planning using metrics.
- Provide thought leadership on HR technology solutions and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred; Master's degree a plus.
- 7+ years of HR Technology experience including enterprise projects and system maintenance.
- Experience aligning HR processes, system functionality, and data governance with regional goals.
- Familiarity with end-to-end employee life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, integrations, and reporting.
- Strong project management, communication, agile, and design thinking skills.
- Ability to balance priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
- Workday experience preferred.
