Summary
Strategic HR business partner supporting Retail field organization to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and development. Leads investigations, advises leadership, and implements succession planning and learning initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with district leadership to identify staffing needs and support hiring for management roles
- Deliver data driven talent acquisition and retention recommendations
- Implement talent initiatives including succession planning and leadership development programs
- Support onboarding and learning experiences for management levels
- Coach and advise leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Manage workplace investigations and conflict resolution with Legal and Global People Practices
- Analyze store trends and metrics to identify and resolve issues
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive culture and engagement efforts
- Lead P&D projects and support new store openings with people management guidance
Requirements
- Progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations and investigations
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management
- Strong relationship building, coaching, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory and the NYC area
