Senior Manager Talent

Summary

Senior Manager of Talent responsible for developing and executing the brand's talent, celebrity, and influencer strategy across three tiers. This role manages partnerships, contract negotiations, gifting and loaning processes, and collaborates cross functionally to integrate talent into national initiatives and campaigns. The position is hybrid based in TriBeCa and requires strategic, data driven leadership to optimize performance and brand impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic talent strategy across three tiers including selection, contracts, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify and onboard talent including ambassadors, celebrities, influencers, and creators
• Manage contract negotiations and partner relationships with talent managers, agents, and stylists
• Create influencer and creator briefs aligned with national initiatives and execute campaigns
• Manage gifting and loan processes including packaging, shipment, tracking, and returns
• Track performance metrics such as earned media value, MIV, reach, engagement, and sales impact
• Provide performance analysis and insights to senior leadership to inform strategy
• Collaborate with Media, Social, Events, Merch, Ecomm, and Sales to align talent efforts with business objectives
• Manage and coach junior talent and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
• Proven experience in talent, celebrity, influencer management and negotiations, preferably in luxury or fashion
• Experience with PR, communications, and agency environments
• Expertise in social media and influencer performance analytics tools and digital marketing strategies
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Data driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and deriving insights
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with stakeholder influence ability
• Ability to be both strategic thinker and hands on executor
