Senior Operations Associate - Ala Moana

Summary

Manage movement and maintenance of pre-sale merchandise and store inventory, ensuring shipping and receiving policies are followed and store operations run smoothly. Support sales, visual merchandising, facility maintenance, and client deliveries while maintaining high standards of organization and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Direct movement of pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store
• Maintain inventory in a clean, secure, and organized manner
• Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming and outgoing shipments
• Support sales staff by locating merchandise not on the sales floor
• Prepare for and participate in inventories and cycle counts
• Document deliveries to clients and troubleshoot missing deliveries
• Support visual and merchandising needs including moving fixtures and props
• Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, cleaning, and repairs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years retail experience focused on stock or inventory
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate with ability to learn software packages
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Customer service oriented and action driven
• Problem solving and social perceptiveness skills
• Ability to assist on the selling floor and support other departments
• Foreign languages a plus
