Receiving Support Associate - Ala Moana

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is responsible for supporting inbound shipments and back-of-house receiving operations at the Ala Moana store location. This role ensures accurate processing of merchandise, maintains organized stock areas, and collaborates with store and inventory teams to facilitate timely availability of product on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Accept and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Process received merchandise into inventory systems
• Label and sort products for stockroom placement or floor replenishment
• Maintain organized and safe receiving and stockroom areas
• Coordinate with sales floor team for timely restocking
• Assist with returns and damaged goods processing
• Unload delivery vehicles and move merchandise as required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Familiarity with inventory or receiving procedures
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Availability to work full time, including weekends and varied shifts
