Independent and motivated logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting store operations to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and newly arrived merchandise
- Unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Assist with special events setup and store fixture relocations
- Perform markdowns and general backroom organization
- Follow inventory control processes and research shipment issues
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
