Retail Stock - Ala Moana

Summary

Responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling and shipping customer orders. Works with inventory systems to process shipments and supports store operations through stocking, markdowns and event setup. Requires physical stamina and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events, markdowns and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
• Capable of lifting frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
