Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain

The Senior Operations Manager is a seasoned leader responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and general management of processes, policies, and procedures. This role focuses on developing leaders, supporting succession planning, and ensuring alignment with the business strategy.

• Support business strategy by driving safety, quality, and performance while enhancing efficiency and scale.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 7 managers across multiple shifts and departments.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders.
• Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making and own the impact of decisions.
• Promote equity within the organization.
• Meet warehouse financial standards by managing budgets and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with on-site and virtual teams to implement solutions.

• 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in developing leaders and growing leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Excellence in managing projects and initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and determine actions for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
