Senior Operations Manager

Summary

The Senior Operations Manager leads warehouse operations to drive safety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency while developing managers and supporting succession planning. This role oversees daily operational processes, policies, and programs across multiple shifts and departments and partners with on-site and virtual teams to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and their supporting teams across multiple shifts and departments
• Drive overall safety, quality, and performance while improving operational efficiency and scale
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders
• Manage warehouse financials including budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and addressing variances
• Drive KPI metrics, 4DX, and facility performance scorecards
• Partner with operational support teams to test, pilot, and implement facility solutions
• Manage projects, programs, and initiatives within the building
• Promote equity across the network and within the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role
• Proven ability to develop leaders and grow leadership competencies
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Demonstrated project and program management skills
• Ability to analyze data and determine improvement actions
• Well developed time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
