Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes for both U.S. and Canadian operations, with a particular focus on Canadian payroll. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week in the New Jersey office, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for assigned U.S. and Canada companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform payroll processing, tax reconciliation, and reporting for assigned companies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on payroll initiatives in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. and Canada payroll processing.
  • 3+ years of intensive experience with ADP WFN Canada, including taxes and year-end reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations in Ontario and Quebec.
  • Experience with payroll processing in a shared services or vendor-based environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
