Summary
Senior Product Management Manager responsible for partnering with design, merchandising, sourcing, factories and mills to ensure product integrity from sample to bulk production. Drives strategic priorities, evaluates opportunities using data driven insights, and supports executive presentations and annual strategy reviews while managing lifecycle processes and lead times.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain seasonal base data throughout product lifecycle and communicate updates to cross functional teams
- Establish and track KPIs to measure progress against strategic and product objectives
- Support executive presentations, board materials and annual strategy reviews
- Translate data driven insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision making
- Drive optimized lead times and activities from development to store
- Partner with Product Testing to ensure design execution meets product standards
- Maintain development and production costing and communicate accurate costs to teams
- Partner with merchandising and supply chain to track production status and delivery milestones
- Anticipate and mitigate risks related to delays cost fluctuations or material availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process and product development
- Proven ability to quickly pivot and problem solve using innovative solutions
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate insights into strategic actions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing cross functional and executive teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated curiosity desire to learn and an innovative mindset
