Senior Project Leader

Summary

The Senior Project Leader partners with the Sales team to manage end-to-end project lifecycles for RH Contract strategic customers across Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential segments. This role leads large, complex furnishing projects, coordinating quoting, order placement, product selection, fulfillment planning, and post-delivery closeout. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sourcing, Logistics, and AR teams to ensure timely execution and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Leaders to provide operational support for strategic customer accounts and project portfolios.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage order placement, and develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans shared internally and with customers.
• Coordinate fulfillment planning with Logistics and product selection with Design and Sourcing teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project status reviews, proactively identify and resolve complex issues, and escalate to Director, Operations as needed.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and log key communications and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project leadership, procurement, or operations experience in Hospitality, Commercial, or Residential segments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive solutions through collaboration and critical thinking.
• Proficient with CRM/Salesforce, MS Office, and forecasting tools.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to respond to urgent customer escalations.
