Senior Project Manager - Architecture

As a Senior Project Manager at Bottega Veneta, you will oversee the development and renovation of retail and wholesale locations, managing special projects and store interventions. You will report to the Vice President of Architecture & Preservation and work closely with the WW Architecture Design team and upper management.

• Lead project execution by coordinating HQ design activities, regional approvals, and managing external project management partners.
• Supervise international procurement and ensure project completion within timelines and budget.
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site vendors and consultants for progress reviews.
• Review construction documents and ensure conformance to brand standards.
• Analyze vendor proposals and maintain cost plans and reports.
• Prepare and attend finance meetings, providing solutions to cash flow queries.
• Prioritize multiple projects and maintain project databases.

• 6-8 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to manage external project managers and vendors.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%-30% travel).
