Summary
Senior Sales Associate Key Holder responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance within the store. This role supports daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and after sales client service while fostering lasting client relationships and coaching peers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting retail excellence
- Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
- Create and maintain genuine client relationships to drive sales KPIs such as UPT and ATV
- Provide after sales service including follow up communications and product repair follow through
- Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
- Maintain seamless inventory operations and process returns exchanges and consignments
- Set an example of operational excellence by following policies procedures and proper tool usage
- Develop business driving initiatives contests and events
- Support and coach the sales team through training techniques
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
- Full understanding of specialty retail with proven clientelling track record
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
- Strong multi tasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial sales focused personality with strong communication skills
