Responsibilities- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize key metrics, including conversion rates and user engagement.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session replays to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Track and report on the impact of new features and UX changes, delivering clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap, prioritizing and managing testing opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover opportunities for improving the user experience and supporting business goals.
- Collaborate with teams like Marketing, SEO, Product, and IT to align UX recommendations with broader business strategies.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms related to A/B testing, analytics, and CRO tools to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in CRO, UX research, or user behavior analytics roles.
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and heatmapping tools.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe XD) and a working knowledge of design thinking principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
