- Supervise back-of-house and sales floor operations, acting as CEM and manager on duty.
- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures.
- Provide customer service for repairs and merchandise returns.
- Drive store performance through accurate inventory levels.
- Coach store staff to comply with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels with Stock Associates.
- Adhere to company operational policies and procedures.
Requirements- 3-5 years of retail operations experience.
- Experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Proven track record in inventory management.
- Supervisory experience with feedback and coaching skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- College degree preferred.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and analyze reports and perform calculations.
- Ability to handle merchandise weighing 0-40 pounds.
- Ability to operate necessary store equipment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
