Summary
Leads technical delivery for CRM and client data initiatives, serving as the technical link between strategic Salesforce CRM architecture, business stakeholders, and implementation teams. Owns project-level technical design and guides delivery across Salesforce Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and related data platforms. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with at least three days on-site each week.
Responsibilities
- Translate architecture into technical designs, data flows, and actionable user stories.
- Lead Agile delivery teams, manage sprint planning, resolve technical roadblocks, and coordinate vendors and internal partners.
- Validate Salesforce Data 360 features and ensure solutions follow architectural standards and engineering best practices.
- Manage release protocols, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance.
- Advise product owners and business stakeholders on technical options, effort, and platform capabilities.
- Investigate complex platform issues and provide feedback on performance, limitations, and opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of CRM, CDP, or Data 360 experience, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data 360/CDP, and Salesforce Core.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with CRM development and configuration, consumer databases, data analytics, data processing, and data quality principles.
- Knowledge of environment and release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrated use of basic AI in a current role; Salesforce Data 360/CDP Cloud Consultant certification is highly desired.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
