Senior Technical Program Manager 2

Summary

The Senior Technical Program Manager drives delivery of critical platform objectives and major business initiatives. This role leads strategic engineering efforts and promotes operational excellence while helping build reliable systems that protect customers, businesses, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from requirements definition through design, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and support.
• Recommend approaches and guide engineering delivery, including scope, schedule, and deployment.
• Improve internal processes and organize work to support incremental delivery.
• Manage customer expectations, delivery commitments, priorities, and accountability.
• Address bottlenecks and balance security and business needs with team and technology constraints.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of program management experience in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology systems or services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes and effective communication with business and technical leaders.
• Familiarity with technology services, workflow modeling, and application integration is a plus.
• Ability to drive innovation independently and collaborate across teams.
