Responsibilities- Align project portfolio to organizational goals and annual planning with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Manage oversight and coordination of cross-project interdependencies and resource allocation within the portfolio.
- Direct creation and maintenance of required portfolio artifacts and ensure adherence to governance protocols.
- Develop and expand complex programs using change management skills.
- Instill a continuous improvement mindset focused on identifying waste and inefficiency.
- Manage highly complex cross-discipline projects and mentor others.
- Drive collaboration across teams to engage the right people with the right expertise.
- Define work requirements, create plans and documentation, and monitor program execution.
- Organize and communicate complex information clearly to drive action.
Requirements- 5+ years of portfolio, program, project, and/or leadership experience.
- BA/BS in a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
