Service Advisor - Bloor St

As a Service Advisor at Cartier Bloor St, you will be an ambassador of client service and communication, responsible for providing advice and technical explanations to clients regarding the servicing of merchandise. You will ensure after-sales service resolutions that meet or exceed client expectations, delivering the highest level of client experience.

• Deliver a warm and gracious welcome to each client while exhibiting Maison values and exceeding client experience expectations.
• Meet or exceed service timeframes and client expectations for Maison appropriate follow-up to service.
• Understand client needs and discuss appropriate solutions.
• Communicate and respond to client inquiries with strong knowledge of technical explanations of service.
• Perform basic product services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, and cord changes.
• Uphold the ideals of the Cartier Client Experience with a clear understanding of luxury service requirements.
• Partner with Boutique colleagues on sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
• Comply with Cartier security and operational procedures.
• Assist with Boutique daily setup and breakdown for opening/closing.
• Assist with Boutique projects such as inventory, organization, and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain proper visual standards and product maintenance.

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends.
• Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
